How do shipments work?

At PIXKA we make shipments to the entire Continental US through different parcel services. The standard shipping cost depends on your location. You will receive your order within 3 to 5 business days within the US (all items must be cleared through customs and this process may extend the shipping times)

As soon as your order is processed and we ship your package, you will receive an email with the tracking code with which you can monitor the status of your shipment.

How do I make an exchange or return?

At PIXKA we are committed to the quality of our pieces. Therefore, you can request an exchange or return up to 5 days after receiving your jewelry if it's damaged or does not meet the standards you expected*.

*This last is subject to whether it's a quality problem or a misunderstanding. We reserve the right not to accept returns when it is not an apparent defect. Shipping costs and aditional taxes are not subject to returns.

How can I clean my PIXKA jewel?

For silver pieces:

Silver is a precious metal and it will need cleaning from time to time. Apply a small amount of silver jewelry cleaning product to a soft cloth and rub it over the silver item several times or dipping it in a special silver liquid cleanser. In either case rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry it carefully. This way you will eliminate stains and opacity, keeping your Mexican Sterling Silver piece like new.

For gold-plated silver pieces:

For gold-plated silver pieces, we recommend rubbing the piece gently with a jewelry flannel; We do not recommend rubbing the piece strongly as friction can deteriorate the gold plating. We also recommend the use of special jewelry cleaners that are suitable for gold-plated pieces.

We recommend avoiding wearing silver or gold-plated pieces while exercising, as well as contact with water, chlorine, bleach, perfumes and other chemicals.
