Exchanges

The most important thing for us is that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with it, please contact us at contacto@pixkajoyeria.com.

PIXKA will be able to exchange its products exclusively in the event that the product or products present a defect or damage prior to delivery, as long as the product has not been used. The claim must be made within the first 5 days after receiving the product and this transacting will be made solely by contacting us at contacto@pixkajoyeria.com.

After this period of time, or in other cases, we reserve the right not to accept exchanges or returns.

When contacting us please include the following information:

  • Full name;
  • Order number;
  • Description of the situation by which you are requesting a refund; and
  • Photograph of the product you wish to be returned and/or exchanged

As soon as we receive this information we will contact you to follow up on this process. PIXKA reserves the right to take one of the following actions to provide a solution:

  • The possibility of carrying out a repair of the part;
  • If it cannot be repaired, it may be replaced with a new one;
  • If this is not possible, the refund of the full amount can be made only upon the reception of the product at an address designated by PIXKA. PIXKA will not be pay nor will it be responsible for, the return shipping of any product to its offices and this cost will be the responsibility of the client.

In the event that the change or repair of the product is approved by PIXKA, the customer will be required to return the product to the PIXKA offices through any shipping service found suitable by the client in order to continue with the process.
