PIXKA makes shipments to the entire Continental US through different parcel services. Standard shipping cost depends on your location. You will receive your order within 3 to 5 business days within the US (All our products have to be cleared through customs and this process may extend the shipping period). Shipping days start running after your order is processed and we send an email notifying that the order has been shipped .* Once the order is confirmed, we will not be able to change or modify the shipping address.
The order will be processed after receiving your payment and you will receive a second email with the shipping notification and a tracking number.
All orders will be processed within 24 to 36 hours of receiving your payment. If there is a problem you will be notified as soon as possible.
It is not possible to change the address once the order has been processed. We are not responsible for deliveries to unwanted locations when a wrongful address has been provided at checkout.
*Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping company selected by us at the time of processing, which depends on the shipping address, especially in high season. Therefore, PIXKA is not responsible for delays in the delivery of your products when these are due to the selected carrier.
